Bespoke

You've seen our jewellery and now you are wondering if we can make something special for you. Rest assured that we can. As a small business, we have the flexibility to undertake bespoke orders. If you are looking for something specific, please contact us by email at contact@acdria.co.uk. We are going to get back to you as soon as we can. After an initial chat, our designer can give you more details about what we can do. We are happy to make special pieces of jewellery and have done so, from studs to complex necklaces. The whole process can take just as little as one week, but that depends entirely on what you have in mind.

Before any work is done, the design must be agreed upon. Price for the item(s) will be quoted. Also, the payment must be made before we can start working on the piece. All the details, including delivery time and shipping costs will be made clear before the item is commissioned.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns and refunds for bespoke items. If you require exclusivity on the design, please let us know. We might want to add bespoke items in our collections. Items that require exclusivity might encounter a higher price.
