  1. Accepting the Terms

    This document and the other documents that we reference below make up our website rules, or "Terms" for short.

    The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Acdria.


  2. Your Privacy

    We value the trust you placed in us and we do our best to keep your personal information private. For more details, check our Privacy Policy details. There you’ll be able to see how your information is used when you use our website. By using our website, you are also agreeing that we can process your information in the ways set out in the Privacy Policy, so make sure you read it.


  3. Your Account with Acdria

    You will need to create an account with Acdria to be able to order our products. Here are a few rules about accounts:

    1. You must be 18 or older to use our website. Otherwise, if you are 13 or older, you may only use our website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who can manage your account.
      Children under 13 are not permitted to use our website.

    2. Provide accurate information about yourself. It’s not OK to use false information or impersonate another person through your account.

    3. Protect your password. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password secure.

  4. Terms of sale

    By placing an order with us, you are agreeing on these following terms of sale:

    1. We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We accept returns for any reasons, except custom orders.

    2. If your order arrives damaged, you can send back the item or send a clear photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement as soon as possible.

    3. If you change your mind, please contact us first. See the following details regarding refunds.
      - Returns can be accepted only if notified within 14 days after the order was received and the items are received back within another 14 days.
      - Refund will be given only if item is in new condition with original packaging.
      - Shipping costs will not be refunded, nor any compensation given for the return of the item.
      - An £1 deduction will be made if the branded jewellery boxes returned are damaged and/or have marks on them and we can't use them anymore. The deduction will cover the cost of the unusable box.
      - We don't accept returns for items on sale.

    4. Colour differences may happen as different monitors may show things a little differently. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

    5. Payments.
      We accept PayPal and credit cards payments.
      You can use an Acdria gift card or voucher to make a payment for an order in full or partially.
      If you want to cancel your order please notify us immediately. If the order is cancelled after we already shipped it, refund cannot be made until parcel is returned to us. Refunds will not include shipping charges.
       
    6. These rules apply to orders placed online on our website, over the phone, or by email.

  5. Custom orders

  6. If you want to have a custom order, we are delighted to chat with you about this. We will tell you the price and how much time it will take to make the item(s) you have in mind. Before we start making the product, we need the item(s) paid in full. We cannot accept returns for specially designed items.

  7. Item(s) bought from a third party

    If you've purchased an item from our of our stockists or from another website, we would gladly exchange any faulty item(s) within 6 months of purchase as per our Quality Guarantee. We would need a proof of purchase before we can make any exchange.

    However, we cannot accept returns. Please check the return policies of the shop you've purchased your item(s) in.
