Buying from us
When you buy items from us, you are entering into a contract with us. You will need to set up an account before ordering from us, so we can set this up we will ask you to provide some personal information, including:

contact number
email address

These details are necessary to be able to deliver your order.

Payment processing
We work with trusted third party payment processing providers in order to securely take and manage payments. We do not store the card details if you are paying by card.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

In order for you to receive your order(s), Acdria works with a two delivery partners, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We only pass limited information to them, necessary in order to ensure delivery of your items.
