Delivery

Every piece of jewellery is sent out in our branded jewellery boxes. We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24h period, but delays might happen. You will receive a notification once the parcel is posted. If the delay will be longer than 48h, we are going to notify you and offer a refund upon cancellation.

 

Customers in the United Kingdom.

We send all our orders with Royal Mail, using the signed for service. Within UK the orders should be received in 1-2 days after dispatched. As all the parcels are tracked, more information about the shipment should be available on Royal Mail’s website. We can’t be held responsible for delays due to Royal Mail nor for inaccuracies in their tracking service.

We might share updates regarding cut off times for orders placed in busy periods.


International Customers

International residents please note that we are not responsible for customs charges.

The orders are sent with Royal Mail, but you will not receive a tracking number. If you want the parcel to be tracked, please ask for a price before purchasing. We might decide randomly to send the parcels tracked.

The order can arrive in EU in 7-10 working days after dispatched and for the rest of the world in 10-14 working days after it was dispatched. We do not guarantee the delivery time. Also please take into consideration delays due to any national holidays and days off, including the Christmas period. We might share updates regarding cut off times for orders placed in busy periods.


Item(s) lost in transit.

If your order has been lost.
Within United Kingdom, we'll send a replacement if the order was not received in 7 working days. The replacement will be sent with Royal Mail signed for, just to be sure they will not loose the parcel again.

Within European Union, we'll send a replacement if the order was not received in 15 working days.

For United States and the other countries not previously mentioned, we'll send a replacement if the order was not received in 30 working days.
